The Annual Multi Cultural Fair is here
February 3rd.
We need your help to make it a success.
Would you like to share your heritage with us? Have you taken an interesting vacation? Or just always wanted to travel?
Here's how you can help:
Display & Host – host table with cultural articles/foods/photos and share stories with travelers as they visit your table.
7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. time commitment appreciated. (10-20 volunteers needed!)
Host Assistant – stamp passports as travelers journey through your assigned region.
7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. time commitment appreciated. (same number of volunteers as Display / Host)
Craft Helpers – lead travelers in a craft project. We will be beading this year with paper beads from Africa.
7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. time commitment appreciated. (4 volunteers needed)
Fiesta Friends – help serve a special Fiesta lunch to all our weary travelers.
10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. time commitment appreciated. (12 volunteers)
Check-In – man the check-in table and direct hosts to their area. 7:15 am – 8:00 am time commitment appreciated. (2 volunteers needed)
Set Up – Tear Down – Thursday, Feb 2nd & Friday, Feb 3rd – Hang and take down flags, tents, signs & decorations. Times and tasks will vary.
Misc. – copies, collating, stapling and various prep. (as needed before event)
All volunteers, please join us for a complimentary Fiesta lunch!
