***The only kids that will be allowed to store their stuff in the teachers lounge are those who are in multiple acts who need to change. The only things they will store in there are their costume changes. They will be changing in the teachers lounge at the back of the auditorium. They will enter from the outside back entrance. There will be an adult in there to watch them and help. You may help your child change in there if needed.

Act I

Check in at 6:10 in the back of the auditorium with Cathy Monroe / Chris Morache. Kids will be watching the show lined up in the back of the auditorium on the lunch tables. They will do their act and then return to check back in with Kim to watch the remainder of the show. You can check out your child after act I and they can leave at that time or continue to watch the show with you or up front in floor seating reserved for school aged children.

Act II

Check in with Cathy/Chris at the beginning of the intermission approx. 7:15 in the back of the auditorium at the lunch tables. If you are in the large group STOMP act then check in with Chris Morache at stage door at 7:15 you will be the first to perform in the 2nd act.

Please check out your children with Kim Fakadej after your act.

Seating

There will be a designated area for school aged children to sit on the floor during the show. Please tell your children to sit and watch the show quietly and respectfully so they don’t interrupt the acts. The chairs are for adults and small children only. Please encourage friends and grandparents, etc. to come to the day show as there will be more seating at that time.

If your child is in ACT II only they can sit up front and watch in floor seating during ACT I or they can sit back with Kim in the back on the lunch tables. If you child is in Act I only then they can leave after the first act or sit on the floor or in the back tables.

Stars: We are handing out stars today for your child to decorate with photos, signatures, name of act, etc… be creative. Please cut it out. Please return these to us by Monday at the latest. You can turn them into the front office.

Finale: There will be a finale “One” from Chorus Line. Whoever is still here will be called to line up outside after the Gymnastics Act to I Got A Feeling. We will be teaching this easy finale on Fri March 5th.
